Front Office & Administrative Staff

At Barkley Bridge Elementary, our front office and administrative staff play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive school environment. From managing daily operations to assisting families and supporting teachers, this team keeps our school running smoothly.

Principal – Laura Lamb

Our school leader who sets the vision for learning, supports students and staff, and ensures a safe, caring, and high-achieving environment for all.

Assistant Principal – Melissa Dickman

Provides additional leadership and student support, working closely with teachers and families to promote positive behavior and academic growth.

School Secretary – Mrs. Heather Olejnik (Mrs. O)

The heart of the front office—answering calls, greeting visitors, and keeping everyone informed, organized, and smiling!

Bookkeeper – Tracy Sharp

Handles school finances, tracks budgets, and keeps everything balanced behind the scenes.

School Nurse – Rebecca Summerford

Cares for students’ health and wellness with compassion, band-aids, and plenty of ice packs!

School Resource Officer – Officer Randy

Officer Randy is our on-campus SRO, dedicated to keeping our school safe and building positive relationships with students. He’s always ready with a high-five, a helping hand, and a strong presence that makes everyone feel secure and supported.
